Our Story

GardenGrid began with a simple observation: while many of us in Essex and surrounding areas have beautiful garden spaces, they often remain unused for long periods. At the same time, many people living in urban areas crave access to green spaces for events, photography, or simply to enjoy nature.

Founded in 2022 by Kyle Charles-Green, GardenGrid was born from their shared passion for gardening and community building. After spending years transforming their own gardens into vibrant spaces, they recognised the potential to create a platform that connects garden owners with those seeking outdoor spaces.

What started as a small local initiative has blossomed into a thriving community of garden enthusiasts across Essex and beyond. Today, GardenGrid continues to grow, bringing people together through the shared appreciation of beautiful outdoor spaces.
